Did I mention how the carpet has to be in-line with the sofa and the seats around the table all have to be perfectly positioned? -

and... hopefully both you & your current roommate have learned the importance of sharing house rules up front.
I've had such horrible luck with roommates, that even though it financially painful, I've lived solo for a long time. The only way I'd have a roommate now is if we found a place together, to create it as common space from the get go.. Moving in with someone else, or having them move in with you, ends up just not working out that well, from my experience... -

It's 2 doors down and on the ground floor.
Not as big as The Red Loft, but plenty big anyway.
