The time has come for my band to start rehearsing everyday. So we need a space. The ideal spot is a place with a kitchen and bathroom that 2 (couple) maybe 3 of us can live in and play loud music 24/7. Warehouse, loft, place off the beaten path like topanga, anything! Doesn't have to be glamourous just functional, we can build rooms if needed. Just a spot we can eat, sleep, live, and play loud. Clean, resposible, positive and employeed.....
