There are multiple units available in my building. If any of you have been to my building you know that it is an oasis on the edge of downtown LA. This location is just west of downtown LA and on the edge of Echo Park. This is a live work commercial property with many creative people living in the building. This building has gated access and gated parking. There is a very large courtyard with fruit trees (banannas, avocados, lemons, and more). In addition to the private bathroom that is in the units there are also public bathrooms. The courtyard is an excellent space for gatherings of all kinds and is affectionately known as the amphiyard. This is a pet friendly environment and such animals as cats, sugar gliders, birds, and dogs live here. All enclusive ammenities such as electricity and water. Some units have 24 foot cielings and roll up doors others have built in lofts or bedrooms. Groundfloor and upstairs units are available. The cost varies based on which unit you are interested in. There are only 12 units in the building offering the ability to create a close knit community of creative synergy.
