    Me too!!
But what I am looking for is pratically impossible, but let's try anyway:
if you know a loft/warehouse that would accept a couple and 2 dogs...let me know. We are all small, together we are the size of an adult. :)))
I know, I am asking too much but maybe dreams come true.
Maybe another couple decides to share their space...who knows...

I'm guessing you've tried the obvious places: Old Bank District, Santee Court and Pacific Electric Lofts? Pacific Electric Lofts are starting around $1300/month - I think w/two months free on a 14month commitment. I'd be happy to make an appt to show you them if you're interested... yes, they take dogs under 80lbs.

        oh, my bad. Incomplete request.
What I meant is share a loft with someone.
We could afford 1300 but if it's a good space.
That's why I thought about maybe share with other people, maybe another couple.

All those new lofts are very expensive for the size (in my humble opinion). I mean double price for less space compared to my apartment.

You could get a $200,000 loan and have your monthly principle and interest payment for less than $1200 per month... but the lowest priced lofts for sale are through pre-sales from the developers and run around $350,000. A list of all lofts for sale and projects are on my website www.YourSource4Lofts.com. Let me know if I can help with any other info. Bill

I am about to put my loft up for grabs.
It's approx. 1200 sq' -Dogs are okay. Awesome neighbors- nobody below or above-and corner unit. we pay $1300 a month plus the triple net ..all in all it comes to around $1800 a month. We have built a (small) second level so the square footage is a little more now. you can do whatever you want with the place - it's a commercial space.
Amazing enclosed outdoor courtyard with a stage and lights (shared by all tenants).
If you are interested tribe mail me! :)

    Hi Arcane,

If you're still looking I have a two story loft on Santa Fe Ave, I'm looking for someone to rent out the second floor.

"Looking for a male or female roommate to sublet the second floor of my downtown loft. This place is really cool, it has exposed brick, sky lights, large iron windows, concrete first floor, wood on second, washer & dyer, gated parking, share kitchen and bath (bathroom has a very large claw foot tub)

Located on Santa Fe Ave. (Arts District) just south of Little Tokyo and minutes from the Fashion District and Bunker Hill.

I’m looking for a respectful, clean, mature and responsible male or female roommate. The rent is $1000 a month and includes utilities, move in cost is first and last months rent and is available on Oct. 1 (credit check is a must)

Easy going female, creative, clean, respectful, very quiet and courteous. I’m a Graphic Designer that works from home and have two cats. (cats follow me around and won’t get into your things)

If you’re interested, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself. (Name, age, type of what you do) I’ll be available all weekend if you would like to stop by."

    Have a great day!

My friends and I are looking for a loft space that would supply adequate room for 4 - 5 people. Anyone have any word on what's available?
