Hi there! I'm new to the tribe, and to LA (SF transplant). Love it here so far, and am starting to look for my own place downtown. Ideally I'd like to find a nice loft with room enough for a creative space- I am learning clothing design- so if you're looking for something similar and would like to see if we might be a match, read on!

I'm 30, single, and have a 9-6 very stable job. I also have a sweet, small, and well-behaved cat named Sadie Mae. She gets along well with other cats, and might even learn to love a small or otherwise non-intimidating pooch.

I'm done with the party scene for the most part (with occasional weekend lapses ;), and would like for my living partner(s) to also have a low key lifestyle.
