lofts not in downtown LA?

are there lofts available other than downtown LA? I want a big space, alone, withiut the downtown rent rates.

    They are building some loft spaces in So.Pasadena.
    Marmian Wy exit off the 110 go past the little park, go to the stop sign/intersection to Monterey. Then look immediately to your right. You'll see a big sign advertising lofts work/live. That's all I know. Never called them about prices etc.
