i would like to permanently trade my kauai home [ hawaii ] for lofts [multiple] in los angeles .

it was appraised 10/2008 at $3,970,000. i have it priced at $2,970,000.

i would need some cash from any deal to pay off my mortgage [ about $ 700,000 ] .

if anyone has any ideas , i would appreciat any help.
