I'm sure this is a dime a dozen type post but it's worth a shot::
I'm an artist from NY who wants to find a cool big space to have a cozy part and a kickass studio/project part. I would ideally pay about 800 but willing to go higher if it's worth it.... I'm female, open-minded, respectful, and do need privacy but am quite friendly, easy to get along with, silly, fun and warm.... I'm a computer artist by trade and a sculptor. As far as I'm concerned as long as it doesn't interfere with mine, you're welcome to do with your life what makes you happy...
